Untying the Knots is an 8-week guided journey designed to help you confront and begin releasing the anger created by unresolved experiences, painful situations, and relationships that have kept you emotionally bound. Each experience becomes a knot within us. We carry the hurt, the anger, the disappointment, the fear, the resentment, and the unanswered questions long after the situation has ended.

Over time, those unresolved emotions can affect how we see ourselves, how we respond to others, and how we move through life. This course creates a structured space to look within, acknowledge what happened, understand the anger it created, take responsibility for your own healing, and begin releasing what has kept you bound. Through guided discussions, reflection, exercises, self-discovery, and practical tools, participants will be challenged to move beyond simply identifying their pain and begin doing the work of untangling it.

The goal isn’t to erase the past or pretend it didn’t happen. The goal is freedom from the hold it has had on you. It’s time to untie the knots. It’s time to release the anger. It’s time to move forward.
